Tomorrow I am heading up to visit my cousin and to drop off my daughter for the week, which undoubtedly will be a fun weekend for them!
My cousin is a health nut when it comes to food. She is always trying find new ways through food to cure herself of various ailments. So because of that, she doesn’t imbibe in desserts normally.
I am bringing her my chocolate gluten free/vegan cake made with agave nectar which has a lower glycemic index value than regular sugar, with my vegan frosting. Because she loves miniature anything, I decorated it with mini pumpkins that I made with fondant so she can keep them.
